Before

The clients lived in New York but eventually wanted to spend more time in Sydney. The existing unit was two bedrooms with a combined living dining area. The brief was to upgrade the existing top floor apartment and maximize the potential of the roof terraces, which we achieved by enclosing this space and making it into a living area.
