This was a small renovation to the back as the front part of the house had already been restored by the clients. The scope of works involved the demolition of the dilapidated rear kitchen and laundry and the construction of a new kitchen, dining and living space. The roof was sloped up towards the rear to gain as much light, as it faced south, to maximize cross ventilation and to see the sky beyond which makes a place feel more generous |
