| The clients had previously renovated the front part of their house and our designs were to replace the unsympathetic renovation at the rear with a split-level addition, which accommodated a kitchen and family area at the lower level opening directly onto the garden and a new pool. The pool runs along the side of the house acting as a lap pool as well as containing a toddler section at the rear. The wall of the pool also acts as the footings for the new rear additions. The newly renovated upper level contained the main bedroom with a walk in wardrobe, ensuite and separate study area. |
