Work has begun on this Bellevue Hill House, a carefully considered renovation to an existing home that reimagines arrival, access and internal living.
The scope centres on a complete redesign of the street-level experience, with the existing garage and entry being replaced to create a more cohesive and welcoming frontage. A new inclinator will provide seamless vertical connection from street to home, significantly improving accessibility while enhancing the sense of arrival.
Inside, a series of internal renovations will refresh and refine the living spaces, bringing greater clarity to circulation and a renewed relationship between levels.
Construction commenced at the beginning of February, and we’re looking forward to collaborating closely with Ben Martin and the team at Pure Build as the project takes shape over the coming months.
