North Bondi Semi
The backyard was renovated and the garage converted into an office. On the lower level, walls were knocked out and the back area extended to provide greater living space with more room for entertaining.
A long, sweeping room was created with a floor-to-ceiling view looking out onto the garden.
The kitchen, living and dining areas were combined. An additional level was added later, accommodating three bedrooms and a bathroom.
